3. Tracking
You'll receive a shipment notification email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched for delivery.
4. Delays
If your item is out of stock, production delays may occur. We’ll notify you by email, and you will have the option if you wish to get a replacement item with a price difference of less than 5 EUR.

If you're not satisfied, contact us within 15 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. Items must be unused, in original condition, and packaging. Requests made after 15 days cannot be processed.
