1. Shipping Time
The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:
Total time = Processing time + Shipping time.
Orders delivered outside Republic of Cyprus
- Processing Time: 1-3 business days (up to 7 for some items)
- Shipping Time: Varies with carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS)
- Total Time: 10-25 business days
Orders Delivered in Republic of Cyprus
- Processing Time: 1-3 business days (up to 7 for some items)
- Shipping Time: 1-3 business days
- Total Time: Max 7-10 business days
Note: Shipping address cannot be changed after order is placed.
2. Shipping Rates
- Delivery in Republic of Cyprus is free
- Select the country to deliver at checkout for estimate rates
- Free International Shipping on orders over 100 EUR.
3. Tracking
You'll receive a shipment notification email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched for delivery.
4. Delays
If your item is out of stock, production delays may occur. We’ll notify you by email, and you will have the option if you wish to get a replacement item with a price difference of less than 5 EUR.
NOTE:
1) Ensure your shipping address is complete, including apt/unit number. A valid email is required for order updates, and a phone number is needed for delivery contact.
2) We’ll deliver your package as quickly as possible, but delays may occur due to address issues or customs clearance.
3) Your order can be tracked once it reaches the destination country. For expedited shipping, please allow a few working days for delivery. If there are issues, contact customer service. Thanks for your patience!
